GENERAL POLICY

DIY Debt Resolution provides educational resources, digital products, educational consultations, and correspondence review services.

Because many products and services are delivered digitally and may be accessed immediately upon purchase, refund eligibility is limited as described below.


DIGITAL EDUCATIONAL PRODUCTS

The following are considered digital educational products:

  • Comprehensive Debt Education Toolkit
  • Downloadable resources
  • Educational templates
  • Worksheets
  • Checklists
  • Educational reference materials

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital educational products are generally final once access has been provided, materials have been delivered, or downloads have been made available.


EXCEPTIONS FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS

DIY Debt Resolution may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests in situations involving:

  • Duplicate purchases
  • Billing errors
  • Technical delivery failures that cannot be resolved

Approval of any refund request remains solely at the discretion of DIY Debt Resolution.


CORRESPONDENCE REVIEW SERVICES

Refunds are available only if work has not yet begun.

Once a Correspondence Review has been initiated, reviewed, analyzed, or delivered, the service is considered earned and completed and is no longer eligible for a refund.


EDUCATIONAL CONSULTATIONS

Educational Consultations may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Refunds may be provided if cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation.

Consultations canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.

Once a consultation has occurred, the service is considered completed and is no longer eligible for a refund.


NO REFUNDS BASED ON OUTCOMES

DIY Debt Resolution does not guarantee any particular outcome.

Accordingly, refunds will not be provided based upon:

  • Debt-related outcomes
  • Settlement outcomes
  • Creditor responses
  • Collection activity
  • Credit score changes
  • Financial results
  • Consumer expectations regarding outcomes


CHARGEBACKS

Customers are encouraged to contact DIY Debt Resolution directly regarding any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback.

Initiating a chargeback after receiving products or services may constitute a violation of these terms.

DIY Debt Resolution reserves the right to provide relevant documentation in response to any chargeback dispute.
